SOUTH AMBOY ARTS WELCOMES COMMUNITY THEATER

In addition to Gallery Shows, Arts Classes, Acoustic Performances, and its Annual Community events, South Amboy Arts has announced the creation of “Block Off Broadway Productions”, a theater group that will bring Community Theater to South Amboy and the surrounding area. Plans are in the works for their first production debuting in Summer 2023. Under the direction of Lyn Davis, a South Amboy resident and retired teacher who has directed many plays during her tenure at South Amboy High School, our goal of bringing a new path of cultural and artistic opportunities will be achieved.

 

Interested Parties are encouraged to participate in this new program as well as our existing programming. Under the leadership of our Director Joan Conway and successful projects such as “Faces of South Amboy”, ARTSFEST, and numerous others, South Amboy Arts has brought the beauty of Art to our City in many ways.
